Most girls can’t say they are engaged to the NFL MVP.
But Hailee Steinfeld can. After the Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen received the coveted AP NFL Most Valuable Player Award during the 2025 NFL Honors on Feb. 7, he took the moment to show his fiancée love for all her support.
The 28-year-old—who beat out Lamar Jackson, Saquon Barkley, Joe Burrow and Jared Goff—kissed Hailee before taking the stage, sharing a shoutout to her directly after thanking The Bills organization, his siblings and his parents.
“Last but not least to my fiancée Hailee,” Josh said as the camera cut to an emotional Hailee. “You’ve been my rock and my best friend. I would not be standing on this stage if it weren’t for you.”
The Pitch Perfect star and her leading man had a milestone night as the event served as their first red carpet appearance together, which comes three months after their engagement. In a total touchdown style moment, Hailee stunned in a black form-fitting midi gown and made a statement with a diamond necklace. As for Josh, he matched perfectly, donning a classic black suit.
