James Kennedy’s plans to perform in Las Vegas next year appear to have changed.

The DJ, originally scheduled for three January shows at the iconic LIV Nightclub within the Fontainebleau Hotel, is no longer listed on the venue’s calendar as of December 13. Similarly, his January booking at Komodo in Dallas, Texas, has also been removed from their website.

On December 13, a fan account shared a screenshot of an email from Universe, a Ticketmaster-affiliated platform, suggesting the cancellations. The email noted that an order for Kennedy’s show had been canceled, leading to speculation about the change.

This shift follows reports that Kennedy, 32, was arrested on December 10 at his Los Angeles home on suspicion of domestic violence.

According to a spokesperson for the Burbank Police Department, officers responded to a call around 11:30 p.m. on December 10 reporting an argument between Kennedy and an unnamed woman. While no injuries were observed, the caller alleged Kennedy had been physically aggressive.

“The investigation determined it was a domestic incident, leading to [Kennedy’s] arrest,” the spokesperson explained. “[Kennedy] was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence and later posted bail. Formal charges are pending review by the Burbank City Attorney’s office.”

Kennedy resides in his Burbank, California, home with his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, though it remains unclear if she was involved in the incident.

On December 13, Kennedy’s legal team issued a statement regarding the arrest:

“We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James,” they said. “We understand that there were no injuries, and we are hoping that, after careful review, the city’s attorneys will decide not to file formal charges.”

Earlier that evening, Kennedy and Lewber, 28, attended Kathy Hilton’s annual holiday party. A source told PEOPLE the couple spent most of the event apart, while another source described Kennedy’s behavior as “erratic.”

“[Kennedy] was running back and forth to the bar, body-checking people along the way,” the source claimed. “He appeared inebriated and spent most of the evening alone. When he did interact with others, he seemed irritated and rude.”

Despite the controversy, Kennedy promoted his upcoming Dallas show on Instagram the day after his arrest, writing: “I can’t wait to be back at my favorite spot in DALLAS!!🔥🤠”

In November, Kennedy expressed excitement about his Las Vegas residency during an interview with PEOPLE at the Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala.

“I’ve been working my whole life towards this, and I will not ever forget it,” Kennedy said at the time. “[Fontainebleau] is the most beautiful hotel on the bloody Strip.”
