Dr. Nicole Martin exits ‘Real Housewives of Miami’ ahead of Season 7

Dr. Nicole Martin will not be returning to “The Real Housewives of Miami,” Page Six can exclusively reveal.

The board-certified anesthesiologist, 40, has exited the Bravo reality series ahead of Season 7, which we’re told began filming Tuesday.

Our insiders say the rest of last season’s full-time stars — Alexia Nepola, Lisa Hochstein, Larsa Pippen, Julia Lemigova and Guerdy Abraira — as well as cast friends — Adriana de Moura, Marysol Patton and Kiki Barth — were present for shooting.

We’re told a few new faces showed up as well and that showrunners will decide at a later time who will secure a coveted mojito and who will appear in a part-time role.

Reasons for Martin’s departure remain unclear, and reps for Bravo did not immediately respond to our request for comment. However, the network historically does not comment on casting.

Martin and her fiancé, Anthony Lopez — who proposed on New Year’s Eve 2021welcomed their second baby, a daughter named Genevieve, in March.

“Mom and baby girl are recovering from a C-section that was earlier than expected,” the now-former Bravolebrity revealed at the time, assuring her Instagram followers that both were doing well.

Martin and Lopez — an insurance attorney and recreational pilot — are also parents to son Greyson, 5.

During Martin’s three seasons on “RHOM,” she and Lopez navigated selling their Coral Gables mega-mansion to Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos’ parents for $34 million before buying (and renovating) another palatial estate for $21.5 million.

Martin’s strained relationship with her father, who died suddenly in November 2023, was also documented during her tenure on the program.
