Rob Dillingham couldn’t have been happier when the Minnesota Timberwolves selected him during last week’s NBA Draft by acquiring the #8 pick (traded a 2031 unprotected first-round pick and a 2030 top-one protected pick swap to the San Antonio Spurs).

Chris Hine: “What was your reaction when you saw the Timberwolves were moving up in the draft? And what have your conversations been like with Coach [Chris] Finch & Tim [Connelly] on your fit here?”
Dillingham: “It was just a crazy experience, for real, to even think, because the Timberwolves was one of the best teams in the NBA.
