SLAM INTERNSHIP: Become an Intern at SLAM Magazine
SLAM Media Inc. is offering a unique opportunity for college students to take part in an immersive internship program.
Participation in a SLAM internship will set you on your career path as you gain exposure into basketball media,and all things hoops. Interns will be assigned to a department based on their academic background and professional goals. Interns will have access to company meetings, events, networking, and professional development opportunities.
We are offering internships in the following areas:
• Editorial
• Social Media
• Video Production
• Marketing
While the internship position is unpaid, SLAM provides generous perks to its interns throughout the experience.
Individual Semester Cycle Opportunities: Spring, Summer & Fall
Requirements
• Must be able to earn credit through your College/University which must be validated by a school counselor or official.
•You must be able to commit to the entirety of the semester program
Additional Requirements
• Must be able to adhere to current NYC COVID-19 vaccination requirements

• Love and passion for basketball!
• Not afraid to bring ideas to the table
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
•Team-oriented; ability to develop positive relationships at all levels
